The text you can specify for a filter, active link, or escalation is limited to 255 characters before expansion. The text you specified is over that limit. Correct your text string to 255 characters or less. Character strings must be terminated by a 0 character.
The text string might contain parameter references that are expanded before the message is delivered. The expanded message can contain as many as 4096 characters.
