Show/Hide menuDescription: When creating a report in the Report Console, you did not specify a form to associate with the report. Click OK to close the error message, and then enter the name of the form to use for the report in the Form field. You can type the form name or select it from the Form drop-down list. To show all forms on the server in the drop-down list, clear Forms Used in Existing Reports.
