In order to add a work info, you need to select a Service Request

In order to add a work info, you need to select a Service Request

Since the Log File Name field is not specified, the default file location and file name will be used for logging.

Work Info Type, View Access, Locked, and Summary fields are required to add a Work Info entry.

To view the details for an Work Info entry, select the corresponding entry in the Work Info History table, then click View.

To view the details for a Work Info entry, highlight an entry from the Work Info table and press the View button again.

Select another Assigned Group before you search for another assignee.
