ARERR 1515

Definition file format error: invalid form name.

Description: The form name found in the definition file does not match the name of the form. The definition file will be deleted and reloaded the next time you access the form.

At least one of the following fields: Contact Company, Last Name, Phone Number, must contain a value in conjunction with the First Name to perform a search. Enter a value in any one of these fields, then click Search.
