You cannot create a field with an ID less than 100. Fields in this range are reserved for the core fields that are created and managed automatically by the system.
The one exception to this rule is the set of six fields that were core fields in the initial release of AR System but are no longer core fields. For compatibility, you can use those field IDs for fields with compatible definitions.
