You tried to define a new user and assign this user a fixed license. Your current number of users is equal to your current number of fixed licenses. You can add the user with a read, none, or floating license, but not a fixed license.
The licenseType is replaced by write, full text, or flashboards, to indicate the type of fixed license.
If you have no more fixed licenses, verify that the sample users were deleted. For a more detailed explanation, see the Configuration Guide.
