ARERR 3401

External authentication endpoint URL not configured.

Description: The BMC Portal External Authentication plug-in could not locate an endpoint URL configuration item in the AR System server's configuration file. Verify that a line with the Ext-Auth-Endpoint-URL label is in the configuration file.
