ARERR 352

Notification to special Submitter or Assignee group specified. Reference to the Submitter or Assignee group exists in the referenced Submitter or Assigned-to field. Notification canceled to prevent a potential infinite loop.

Description:

During a filter or escalation action, an attempt to notify the submitter or assignee of the request occurred. However, the field holding this information contains a reference to the Submitter or Assignee group. To prevent an infinite loop, the system is canceling the notification.

If you are receiving this error, reconfigure the notification targets in your system to eliminate this condition.
