ARERR 379

Problem encountered during creation of one of the distributed forms.

Description: When a system is licensed for the Distributed Server Option, a pair of forms is automatically created by the server. During the creation of these forms, an error occurred. An associated error message contains details. Fix the problem, and restart the arserverd process (or send a SIGHUP signal) to re-create the forms.
