A filter or escalation was performing a Set Fields action using the option to run a process and return a value, but the process was not completed within the time-out interval specified for filter processes.
The administrator has control over the timeout setting for the process. It can be configured, in BMC Remedy Developer Studio, to be from one to 20 seconds with a default of five seconds.
