ARERR 40491

The notification group you entered is not valid.

Description:

The notification group you entered is not valid.

Since the Log File Name field is not specified, the default file location and file name will be used for logging.

The Notification Contact entered is not valid. Select a valid Notification Contact from the menu.

The specified Assigned Group structure is invalid or the specified Assigned Group has no Assignees. Use the search function on the Assigned Group field or use the menus on the Support Company, Organization and Group fields to find a valid group.

The notification group is not valid. Select a notification group by clearing the field and pressing ENTER.

Check the Open Times and Close Times. Both corresponding values must be entered or both must be empty.
