Need to select either one of the Location or Categorization fields.

Since the Log File Name field is not specified, the default file location and file name will be used for logging.

There were no Groups found using Automated Routing. You will need to manually select a group. Automated Routing is selected based on the following criteria; 1) Contact Information, 2) Incident Location, 3) Operational Categorization, 4) Product Categorization and/or Product and 5) Service Type.

You need to fill out the required fields.

Specify values for the required fields: Product Categorization Tier 1, Product Categorization Tier 2, Product Categorization Tier 3, Product Name, Manufacturer, Suite Definition, Origin, Status-PDC, and Product Type.

This Assignment Mapping entry already exists for the specified 'Event' field, Assignment, Organization, Location, Operational Categorization and Product Categorization fields.
