ARERR 8939

The AR System Plug-In server is not responding. Cannot connect to the system at this time. Contact your AR System Administrator for assistance.

Description:

An RPC time-out occurred when connecting to the plug-in server. Make sure that the plug-in server and AR System plug-ins are running.
