Description:

A conflict exists because another user and you are retrieving the same request. To continue, perform one of the following tasks:

* Contact the other user (if you know who she is) to avoid overwriting her changes.

* Cancel your changes.

* Requery, and then modify.

* Save your changes only if you are sure your changes will not destroy important information.

Since the Log File Name field is not specified, the default file location and file name will be used for logging.
