ARERR 701

The system failed to connect to the event dispatcher of the network management platform.

Description: The system failed to connect to the event dispatcher of the network management platform. An associated error message contains details. Fix the problem (for example, if the event subsystem is not configured, configure it), and rerun the daemon.
