This error is returned when a request is made to return multiple localized texts from the Message Catalog Form but the server is not actually localized. Possible reasons include:
* Message Catalog Form was not found on the server.
* No messages were found in the Message Catalog Form, not even defaults.
* The Localize Server check box was cleared in the Advanced tab of the Server Information dialog box.
To continue, make sure the Message Catalog Form exists, that its contents is not corrupted, and that the Localize Server check box is selected in the Advanced tab of the Server Information dialog box.
