ARERR 9971

Cannot find respective System Log Form.

Description: The log form is missing or corrupted. Import the LogForm*.def file from the C:Program FilesBMC SoftwareAR SystemArserversystemformsen folder, using the overwrite option if the form exists but is corrupted.

Since the Log File Name field is not specified, the default file location and file name will be used for logging.

A Department entry can not be submitted without an Organization entry first. Please select a valid Organization followed by a valid Department using their respective menus.

The 'Work Info Type', 'View Access', 'Locked' and 'Summary' fields are required in order to add a Work Info entry. Choose a Work Info Type from the menu provided, select the View Access and Secure Log, enter a brief Summary and press the [Add to Activity History] button again.
